HIFU Anti-Aging Treatment

Before your appointment, I ask that you come with a clean face—no moisturiser or makeup, please! During the treatment, you might feel a bit of heat and gentle pulses as the ultrasound energy gets to work. Clients often describe it as a facial workout. It’s totally tolerable, and with my DualHi+ device, the treatment is much quicker and more comfortable than older technologies.

The best part? No downtime! You can pop on some makeup and head right back to your day immediately after your session.

Honestly, for most of you, one session is enough to see great results. You’ll notice improvements over the next 12 weeks as your skin continues to lift and firm. If needed, I might suggest a follow-up treatment 3 months later, but generally, 1-3 treatments a year is all you’ll need.

Yes, but timing matters! I recommend doing HIFU first and waiting at least two weeks before getting any Botox. For fillers, it’s best to have them after your HIFU session to optimise your results.

Nope, you won’t need any numbing cream. I actually rely on your feedback during the treatment to make sure everything is safe and effective. My DualHi+ device is super gentle compared to older machines, so while you might feel some warmth or slight aches, it’s very manageable.

Results usually last between 12 to 24 months, depending on your skin and lifestyle. I suggest coming in for a maintenance session once a year to keep your skin looking firm and fresh.

YES! HIFU can be used on any body part such as the back of arms, arm crease between the armpit and shoulder, sagging knees, loose skin on mummy tummies or stubborn pockets of fat, inner thigh, outer thigh, and so on.. HIFU can tighten stretch mark appearance and reduces cellulite on any body part effectively.

Before Your Treatment:

• Arrive with a clean face—no makeup or moisturiser.
• Avoid sun exposure and active skincare products for 72 hours before.
• Skip Botox or fillers at least 2 weeks prior.
• It is suggested that if you are planning to have Botox that it’s best done from 2 weeks after your HIFU treatment.

After Your Treatment:

• Keep yourself well-hydrated for the next 5 days.
• Avoid sun exposure for 72 hours and use a physical sunscreen with zinc.
• Skip Botox for two weeks.
• Skip facial filler for 2 months.
• Avoid hot showers, saunas, and heavy exercise for 48 hours.
• Avoid the use of active products for 72 hours.
